Mask with pomegranate shells to remove fat balls

The shells of Granada can also be used as a natural remedy to reduce milia because its richness in vitamin C and polyphenols give you excellent anti-inflammatory properties, disinfectants, and cleaners, ideal for this skin disorder.

For this homemade mask, you only have to crush the shells of a pomegranate until you get a kind of powder. Then you will have to mix it with a spoonful of honey until it forms a kind of paste. Apply the apple cider vinegar with the help of some cotton disks in the affected areas and let it act for 25 minutes. Then remove it with warm water. To obtain results with this remedy you must apply it every day until you eliminate the milium cysts.

Tips to prevent white balls in the eyes

Fat pellets can be prevented if you follow some of these recommendations:

  • Use cosmetic products that are suitable for your skin. If you have oily skin and you use very oily creams, you will be encouraging the appearance of these cysts.
  • Do not abuse the sun, since the solar overexposure could clog your pores and, consequently, facilitate the appearance of white balls.
